I wouldnt even have to go that far, race doesn't exist in any meaningful way. There is more genetic diversity in africa then there is in the rest of the world. Race isnt recognised by science, its determined as very loose genetic 'clusters' which again run outside of what we as a society would call racial lines.

Blacks in america probably do have lower IQs than whites, but then when you look at access to education, health, diet, and even things like lead, and pollution then you have to consider at the outside factors before you just blame it all on genes.
