Plans changed, Carmen and Reno will not have a collab during the reception since the Victorian now plans on retiring to her quarters after what happened between her and Cass. I just though that if Carmen decided to talk to another vanguard after Cass punched her in the face, it just wouldn't make sense and feel out of place. 

Also, yes, I did decide to do a collab with just Carmen and Cass, but I will typing for another collab between Theo, Cap'n, Cass, Lily, Alfie pretty soon.
