Backstory: Viktoria is a dysfunctional being who has developed sociopathic needs that only grew when she first became a Reaper. Over ten years ago, among her first year as a reaper, she committed a mass homicide in her hometown out of pure enjoyment. Only few still talk about her actions till this day only to warn newer Reapers to steer clear from her path, however, her actions has led to the prevention of being higher than a Class C Reaper. Some say to protect younger and newer reapers from unfortunate fate. Unfortunately, not all new reapers can escape her grasp as some willingly seek her out of curiosity or in aid to find their souls that need to be reaped. That is thanks to her useful skill in stalking and can almost always find the targeted soul, though it never comes without a price for those who ask for her aid. 
Despite her history, she is also known to be rather simple and can sometimes be seen as friendly. Her life prior to being a Reaper is rather a tad unknown, but rumor has, she has a child somewhere. Viktoria will not deny nor confirm these rumors, though rather ignore the question and turn away. Can a friend really be found in a sociopath?

Viktoria will continually stalk a soul pending to be reaped and act out as different people in the soul's life. Usually as a bystander, but will cause enough attention so the soul will notice her, even if that means she has to bump into them on 'accident'. Once the soul has become frightened enough or even has made the judgment to approach, then will Viktoria reap them in the most amusing way possible for her at the time.

Depending on the time and range of area; it will begin to rain unusual freezing droplets. It emits an aura the most other reapers can sense but humans cannot. This rain is ineffective towards those souls who are not ready to be reaped but for those who are will begin to suffer hypothermia despite how many layers of protection they have. Once the soul has become immobile, an icicle will form within the human body itself and reach outward piercing the skin. This icicle cannot be seen by human eyes and it is very rare for a human to be breathing after the icicle reaching through the skin from the inside due to inner organs already being damaged.
