The answer for that is both yes, and no. It's not really that they are "fearless", it's more like fear is incomprehensible to them, they don't understand fear because nothing in their life would make them fear. As [@Warborn123] has put it, the world is filled with happiness and peace, so fear would be an eldritch concept to them.

Destruction, too, is an eldritch concept to them. That's why the objective will be destruction, and from destruction, fear shall follow suit as they struggle to understand. Like an infection that starts to loosen the angels grip upon them.
