@Yog Sothoth: Please elaborate on what the following terms actually mean:

Responsible Capitalism -- What exactly is this? How is this different than the normal version of that type of economy which seems so common everywhere?

Hybrid Republic & Stratocracy -- ??? I don't even know what the word "Stratocracy" denotes, and how is it a republic when it seems to be an oligarchy consisting of veteran explorers and prominent skilled workers?
