Oh, and if any are interested just because, I made another planet ecosystem for you guys to check out. The RP will start after a few more join (I have a CO-GM back on the way):

PLANET CT-136
In the far reaches of the Outer Arm, the desert wasteland known as “CT-136”, or “Tatuni”, circles around a red giant star in its last stages of its life-cycle. Once a green planet filled with water, due to a combination of an asteroid colliding into it, along with the rapid expansion of the red giant, the planet is now mostly a desert wasteland. Meanwhile, experts estimate the planet’s host star will go supernova in less than 5,000 years, purging the atmosphere with lethal radiation, destroying all life on the planet. Yet despite its grim future, life still thrives to a certain degree and water can be found in the giant crater where the asteroid hit, known as “Maxiglobus Vallis”. The location harbors 90% of all known fauna and flora combined and is the richest part on the planet. While they lack defenses, they can survive for at least two weeks without water and a month without food thanks to their ability to change metabolism speeds at will. When calm, the metabolism slows to reserve and save energy, but goes into overdrive when adrenaline kicks in. It’s almost as if they’re “hibernating” in a sense, although this is not the case. Their calls can be identified with “thick grunting noises” and are often seen in small herds. However, instead of smooth fur, they are covered in armored-skin, which issues minor protection from predators, and have an incredibly long tongue for grasping plants from high branches. They travel in extremely large herds and often migrate from pasture to pasture seasonally, the west in the Dry Season, and the east during the Wet Season. Their calls can be identified by the “whooping-calls” and “high bays”.
Scientific Name: Megalanthropus imperius Threat Level: 5 Height: 5 Meters (16 Feet) Length: 4 Meters (13 Feet) Weight: 1200 Pounds (544 kg) Description: Also known as the “Elephant-Ape” or “Tusked-Ape”, this ape-like creature is someone you don’t want to meet when threatened. Highly territorial, these creatures will often intimidate their threat first by beating their chests and scraping the dirt with their tusks. If that doesn’t work, they will brutally attack the opponent. They usually live alone in caves carved alongside the Maxiglobus Vallis. Their calls can be identified by the “thundering calls” and their “nasally grunts”.
Scientific Name: Galigomerius longinus Threat Level: 2 Height: 10 Meters (32 Feet) Length: 12 Meters (39 Feet) Weight: 2.4 Tons (1814.4 kg) Description: The Galigomeri are the biggest herbivores on Tatuni, the largest having been recorded to grow up to 10 meters in height. These “Desert-Walkers” usually travel alone, in family pairs, or in small groups and are famous for their long migrations through the desert when the Maxiglobus Vallis occasionally dries up completely, being able to survive without food or water for incredibly long periods of time. They are also the only ones able to drink from a Clacti plant, a cactus-like plant that holds a good source of water and nutrients from within, using their tentacles and mighty teeth to crunch through the tough prickly skin. They have no natural predators as an adult… minus the Megafauna that lurk around that is. Their calls can be identified by the “low hums” and “heavy guttural groans”.

Scientific Name: Neoraptus solitudinem Threat Level: 8 Height: 3 Meters (9 Feet) Length: 5 Meters (16 Feet) Weight: 740 Kg (1631 kg) Description: Cousins to the Neoraptus eruphratius on K2B-894, these creatures act and look very similar to them, only that they’re slightly larger and are much more aggressive and deadly. While they lack arms, their massive jaws allow them to issue a nasty bite to their unfortunate prey. They don’t have any eyes at all, but their keen sense of smell allows them to track down their food and can run at speeds up to 30 mph. Their calls are extremely similar to N. euphratius, but they’re deeper and much more menacing.
Scientific Name: Ranucbus likanthus Threat Level: 6 Height: 1.5 Meters (5 Feet) Length: 4 Meters (13 Feet) Weight: 230 Pounds (104 kg) Description: The Rancubi are the cheetahs of Tatuni, going up to speeds of up to 40 mph for around 2 minutes per chase. Their long tails and powerful arms helps in launching it in large fast strides, and their tail allows them to steer while running. These ravenous predators can be seen living in small family groups or alone, just like the wild cheetahs on Earth. Males have larger crowns on the sides of their head that are used to attract mates. The larger they are, the more mates they can get, while also stimulating dominance. A rare mutation has also been seen that allows the creature to grow a large thick mane of quills along its neck, with darker skin, in which scientists call it the Emperor Rancubus. Their favorite prey to hunt are the Catobles. Their calls can be identified by their “reptillian-like hisses” and “raspy roars and chuffs”. It’s high metabolism makes it hungry almost all the time, constantly looking for prey to sink its teeth into. It has no eyes in sight, but its keen sense of smell and hearing allow him to track down prey from as far as a mile away. While it usually hunts alone, it can sometimes be seen hunting in trios, ambushing their prey with surprising coordination. Their huge insect-like forearms allows it to gore its victims and tear through their insides, and their long mouths to engulf large chunks of meat whole. It’s call can be identified by the loud “guttural roar” and “ghastly shrieks” (think the kaiju Golza from Ultraman). They have four legs and two forearm hooks that are used to help support itself while digging or to pierce bug-shells or roots apart. They often live in small pack communities as they also live in large caves or burrows, depending on the location, and act much like prairie dogs and wolves combined. Their calls can be identified by the “rat-like screeches” and the “quick chuffs”. Located on the back joints that connect the wings to the bodies, are organic “jets” that spew out a dense concentration of hot air, allowing them to fly at incredible speeds, much like how a jet does. They often scour the skies for a free meal for them to scavenge. Occasionally they hunt small animals, but this behavior is rather rare. When not hunting, they are usually located near water or in caves during the hottest time of the day. Their calls can be identified by the “high-piercing screeches” and the “deep cawing”. Until recently, this giant umbrella-gaping mouth was thought to have belonged to a massive mega-worm, but after finding the dead remains that had been revealed just outside the southern rim of the Maxiglobus Ravine, it’s been confirmed that the “worm” was in fact a giant tongue. It’s host body belonged to a unusually huge species of Tardigrade, which the ones on Earth are microscopic and can survive in space (true fact). However, this creature often spends its time below the surface, its tongue lying in wait for the next prey that either slides into its mouth or if a creature flies above it, using electromagnetic frequencies to figure out the location of where its prey is, launching at it at almost 200 feet per second. They usually hang outside the main ravine, far in the desert, and can live without food or water for months or even years at a time. Scientists also theorize that they travel to new locations at night, so they can avoid burning their pale skin. How do you find out you’re near one? Check for random skeletons littered on the desert ground, as well as a giant sand crater in the ground. If they both match up, chances are you’ve encountered their little hunting hole. Height: 1.8 Meters (5’9”) Weight: Unknown Description: Extremely rare to see, these “Sand Runners” are relatively unknown to the scientific community. These “natives”, when seen, are usually running across the desert at an unprecedented speed, some claim to be around the speed of sound. Expeditions had tried to document the creatures on camera, but due to their rarity and fast speeds, it’s extremely hard to track them. Only evidence of their existence includes a few pictures of a blurry man-sized character running across the desert, followed by a cloud of sand dust behind it.
