[@Demon Shinobi] That's a different power. It's called density manipulation. Katty's got phasing but it's not like Kitty Pryde's. Shadow Cat phased by causing her own molecules to pass through the space between the molecules of whatever she was phasing through. Phantom Girl alters her quantum frequency to be on a different molecular axis to normal matter. Same end result but achieve by a different process. 

The upside though is that if Katty altered the quantum frequency of only part of an object it would fall away from the larger whole on a atomic level. Her body is essentially designed be be able to be partially intangible and have her parts and fluids transition between the two states. Other matter doesn't have that advantage.

Also the Ultimate Marvel Universe was almost complete crap.
