Cyrokinesis: Lowering his body temperature to subzero degrees, within fractions of a second, the surrounding moisture in the air around him is lowered as well which then crystallises into ice. With the body itself being immune to temperatures as low as absolute zero. With this ability Lyonel is able to generate and manipulate ice, snow and cold temperatures at his whim, forming blasts, shields, walls, blades, slides and other constructs of ice. The cold is his to command.

Description:
Standing at 6'1 with a lean muscular figure, gained after years of training and then some. A pale complexion with flawless skin that is untouched apart from a scar that stretched across his throat. With a solemn mien which seems to be permanently sculpted onto his face, Lyonel has chosen to show no tells of emotion and intent for anyone to see. And though he would prefer to be in armour at all times outside of combat he is often seen wearing a simple white double collared shirt, top few unbuttoned, along with black slacks and longwings.

Personality:
Simply put; knightly, with unswerving loyalty, devotion, self-discipline and integrity yet pure of heart, honourable, humble and kind to others Lyonel strives to meet the expectations of a knight and exceeds them. Nothing could sway him from his servitude to uphold Erubesco, its values, people and most of all, the King. There are few who could claim a stronger allegiance to the kingdom than him and yet he would never boast so loudly of it, regardless of being rendered mute or not, he is ever the silent one and the last to be noticed in a room. However his silent nature is not all cold professionalism there is still an amiable side to him and those who take the chance to engage with him will eventually find a warm-hearted companion who would fight in your behalf on a whim.


Skills:
- A prodigy swordsman after having trained with the way of the sword for years, his go-to weapon is a two-handed longsword, making him a notable threat in close quarters.
- Disciplined mind combined with unbending loyalty has made him capable of exceeding his limits at his lowest point even with the risk of fatal injury.

Weaknesses:
- His nature as a 'knight' makes him all too predictable in situations where his his devotion to honour and complete servitude to Erubesco comes into play.
- The ability to generate and manipulate the cold outside of his body is dependant on the level of moistsure, the amount of water vapour, in the air.
- Ice from his cyrokinesis, whilst being more dense, still behaves and is affected by the same things as ice; melting under extreme heat and vibration being difficult to freeze.


Brief History:
Born into slavery Lyonel had always known what it means to live the life of servitude, his former masters being sick, power-hungry sadists had ordered him to be rendered voiceless forever, the scar left on his throat serving to remind him of those times. But even as a slave he would still have those to call family, a collection of numerous slaves that have either been forcibly taken away from their homes or have been bought from other slavers, who all adored Lyonel the orphan slave, youngest of them all. After hours of attending to their masters, late at night when the lights were out the other slaves would read to him about stories of heroes and villains, kings and queens but he would take most to those about knights, how they were described to uphold honor, integrity and loyalty without fault.

Eventually the years of harsh treatment and even worse living conditions had driven them to dire desperation and a hastsy escape was made. Barely making out the reaches of their master's territory, having lost more than half of their numbers in doing so, they would start on a long and treacherous journey across the lands to Erubesco where they hoped to be granted safe passage into. Even more of them had succumbed to the elements, disease and ravaging tribes and they continue to fall one by one until it was only Lyonel, protected and cherished through the entire way, standing in front of the gates of Erubesco. Truth be told he would have been turned away if it were not for the command set by one of the Knights on station near the main gate to let him inside and be clothed, fed and nursed back to health.

Eager to repay the generosity that he had been treated in kind and to live up to his dreams as a child to become a knight himself, embodying all their traits, Lyongel would throw himself into years of training under the very knight who had welcomed him into Erubesco's walls. And with that same training paying fruit, having matured into a skilled warrior, adept with the use of his Gift, and climbed up the rank with impressive speed until he had reached the rank of Knight fulfilling his dream of doing so.

Other:
- Always carry around with him a notepad and pen to communicate with others whenever the situation calls for it.
- His plated steel armour has been tempered with aluminum and a high percentage of carbon fiber, making it very light without trading out strength and is especially cold-resistant.
