Updated the text version char tab again.

-Team SSEL is officially deleted, as all of its members has dispersed into different sections.
-Sterling is now in the KNVS team, which is now named KVSS. [@HereComesTheSnow]
-Estelle is now properly in the faculty section. [@Write]
-Several inactive students lingering in active teams have been properly moved to the fallen teammates section.
-Sarina is not listed in any team as far as I have searched, and is thus in the "Miscellaneous" section atm. [@Ayazi]

I'll update the visual char tab soon.
