Pretty much. 

Cu's Berserker sounds like it would be pretty fun from what's been hinted, plus the canon connection that could be interesting from that perspective as well, and which according to them is easier to control at that. Could be good firepower for the maintenance cost a Berserker tends to have on average. 

Not idea on what [@WanderingSpirit]'s archer is like, but if they have a good rank in Independent Action your master could have a long-distance and relatively independent fighter to capitalize on. 

And based on general Rider trends, they usually have high mobility and overall good Noble Phantasms despite not being among the Knight classes.
