[@Liotrent] You basically can start wherever you like, travel is very easy in the Orion countries so if you need to get anywhere it'll take under a day. You can accept Outcast Guild Missions at any guild centre around Fortune Reigon. Travelling in other parts of the world will trigger certain plot events.

Think of it like an open world game, there is free roaming, minor quests and a main plotline, but I want you all to start with a level of freedom.

EDIT: of course there are some things to consider, if you are a Hylo National then you probably wont be welcome in the Northern Frontier etc.
