I finished [i]Log Horizon[/i] and absolutely loved it. It actually exemplifies what I enjoy most from fiction, which is world-building. I also recently finished [i]Konosuba[/i] and the latest season of [i]Re:Zero[/i], which I think are also refreshing takes on the "life in another world" genre, especially after SAO left such a bitter taste in my mouth. I'd consider my tastes to be rather eclectic, ranging from [i]Haikyu!![/i] to [i]Tsukigakirei[/i]. Right now I'm re-watching [i]Katekyo Hitman Reborn[/i] (I finished the manga), and I've always had a love of the typical battle shounen (having grown up on DB/DBZ/GT myself).
