The character looks great to me! But as [@Akayaofthemoon] mentioned, if you can update the CS to Electronics Specialist or something like that, that would be great :)

And as for creating weapons and gadgets, its definitely a possibility, although the Committee wouldn't fully fund that branch of the research (not wanting criminals to try and rebel with their new toys)... but everything the Monroe picks up during missions, or passes by and takes from old ships and things like that is all theirs, giving Nexus some materials to create!
