It's basically what you'd expect badge, ballistic vest, gun (revolver or semiautomatic depending on your fancy), some sort of taser or baton if you feel like it and that's basically it. Though I don't expect you to list all that. Just what's important to your character really, what help paint the clearest picture of them as a person.
