Powers:
Speed of lightning-She can move to roughly 36 mph accurately and jump on and off buildings. Her bone and muscles have adapted to take the speed and the landings of the jumps(within reason.)
Skilled in muay thai. 
Electric abilities.
Complete circuit- Every impact(qualifies as something heavy like jumping off a small building or a punch.) creates a electric shock. The longer it has been sense she has had impact the stronger the shock is. 9 main points(head, knee,foot,elbow hand), and 9 tails at a max
Discharge-She creates constant current threw her body shocking anyhing touching her. She loses all ability to use electricty for a second. The more points of contact the more electricity the ability can send threw them.
Storm claws- Creates claws made of lightning for 5 seconds.
FInal thunder-She rapidly shocks a area around her for 1 meters and last 5 seconds.This effect causes her to lose all electricity and excess speed caused from the experiment for two hours.

Personality:Calm, and yet fiery her personality can seem a bit split at times. Most of her life is spent hiring Even though her hair is now a terible ugly color she is wiling to accept her loses, and still have a sense of normalcy.
History/Backstory:Hanta being a rare species in modern times often unable to hide themselves, are often hunted by a strange group of people. Whether they be the government, someone who wants to sell there parts, or just to satisfy some fantasy. Hanta happened to be captured by a scientist who was running experiments on all the species of the world at the time, and happened to be putting her threw shock treatment when something went wrong. She was going threw shock treatment when a nuclear blast hit in non striking range of the facility. Making her rapid adapt to the electricity even being able to use it on her own. Afterwords she killed most of the lab workers, and began going into hiding on her own.[/hider]
