She grew up in a middle-class family, a relatively comfortable life that is until her freshman year. Her brother, Eddie, four years her senior, willingly joined the Vietnam War much to her parents' dismay and disapproval. Lisa, watching as the society around her grew angry and hateful about the war and the soldiers, was torn between being angry or being loyal to her brother and believe that he was fighting for the right thing. As he wrote to her telling her what was going on in the front lines, her hesitation grew to a decision to believe and support her brother and the war. This was four years ago, her freshman year of high school. That had cost her most of her friendships, boyfriend, and status. But she remained strong in what she believed in, although it did make her wary of newcomers that would approach her. She gradually became a bit of a loner and had very few friends scattered here and there. Things changed up a bit since she recently discovered that she had the power of absolute restoration during summer break before her senior year...
