I think it's because with Silver, you can create anything out of anything, but with Golden, you can only destroy whats around.

You have a lot more creative potential with Silver than you do with Gold, although I can think of several applications of Golden Eyes and the idea of concepts.

I just can't experiment without a pair of eyes.
