Once Carver's air support finds where the bugs have set up shop, my mechs will move in and cause a ruckus to draw out the bugs. I've swapped out the guns mounted on the mechs with scorchers which should allow them to turn the bugs' defense forces to ash easily enough. Meanwhile, those following the mechs can pick off any bugs that manage to get past the fire wall. And once we've dealt with the bugs on the surface, my mechs will gather around as many hive entrances as they can find and flood the hive with flames. That's my current plan anyway. Might need to change it if the hive is really strong.
