[@Pathfinder]It's not exactly what you want, but Poison Ivy can manipulate plants, Venom could be used to enhance you, and I'm sure The Brain, Cheetah, Killer Croc, and Ultra-Humanite could all have knowledge in manipulating lifeforms to suit a purpose.
