[@Pathfinder] In fact, there are many ways of getting super power post-collapse, as they are for sell by many people, including Lexcorp, and, to some degree Phoenix (though they keep the best stuff for their employees).  Bane sells a less addictive form of Venom, too, including designer forms that can give you other physical enhancements.
