R: Tech level is acceptable, but I think I'll let you use your discretion. An experimental fighter craft may or may not be able to carry all of those weapons, but it doesn't mean it can't have the capability to USE all those weapons.

Feel free to arrive in whatever fashion you like- since you're the engineer, I don't think it'd be too much to say you're already aboard making last minute tweaks to the engines. I definitely envision writers pairing up so that we can constantly have interactions going.
