Family:  [color=ed145b]After seeing her parents killed and turned she had nobody but her brother. He brought her to Last hope when she was about 6 or 7. She doesn't remember much more than flashes of her parents. Her most vivid memories were of them turning and chasing her and her brother.[/color]

History: [color=ed145b] April was five when the world changed and the walkers appeared. That first year she saw more death than any child her age should. Her mother died that first day right in front of her at a grocery store. It was three years later before her father would succumb to pneumonia. Her brother had to put her father down after he turned in the middle of the night. They wandered in the woods for a long time on their own and eventually they found Lasthope.

Skills: [color=ed145b]Her brother taught her how to fight both the living and the dead. He taught her how to hide and stay quiet before that. April knows how to find food and how to kill and cook it. Her survival skills are top notch and she doesn't trust people in general much. She has become a bit of an independent young woman who keeps to herself a lot.
