[@Drakey] Ok so the way I envisioned it is like....going through dragon puberty...best way I can think to explain it...like all the dragons have gained full control over the ability to shift except for the lightning dragon, who starts shifts when he/she gets super emotional, stressed, hurt, anything...The lightning dragon is just super volatile.
