You might be right, but also I could run out of players if the pace of the RP crawls to a halt and the game dies due to inactivity, its a risk I'm willing to take.

Yeah but like I just disagreed with how you're running the RP too. If you kick people every time they disagree with how your RP is being run then you're going to run out of people very quickly.
