Cole watched, eyebrow raised as his opponent made an excuse and ran off. How was she suddenly not well right after her name was called? No, he suspected that her claim was not the truth. She was afraid. He could tell from the way she had spoken. Well, it could be that she feared the battle so intensely that it caused her to be physically unwell, but not that it mattered anymore. Great, he had not even turned into a monster yet, and he was already scaring people away. It took a moment for him to realize the awkward situation he was in, standing there by himself as the female teacher made a comment about the unexpected event. He shifted his gaze to her when she paused, internally hoping for her to promptly say something, anything else, to get him out of the uncomfortable situation, which she eventually did when she announced his new opponent. The teacher then went over to some controls, making puddles form within the arena. So, this 'Sarah' possessed an ability that had something to do with water. Cole was not looking forward to being drowned, but then again, he had to remember to trust the teachers. His new opponent turned out to be the girl with really long hair who had cheered for them earlier on, and he turned to face her as she stepped into the arena, doing as they had been instructed to before the battle. "My name is Cole. Pleased to make your acquaintance, Miss," he stated before bowing. "All the best for whatever will follow." [@Dutchess Sarah]
