Scripted lightly. It's not a railword event. It's scripted but there's a lot of room I'm there for people to shape their way they take it. 

The event is more a tool, a nudge to get more charecters to attend one place, to get them interacting. 

After that, it's up to people how they use it. Be it drama, romance, or plots abound.
