Constitutional monarchy that isn't terribly stable (I blame those upstart merchants!)

Agrarian with ambitious merchants, which while stagnant still leaves me with a better economy than my colony-holding contemporaries. Lots of foodstuffs and lumber, but no tea?!!? No wonder my country is so eager for war.

I have lots of support and training for the navy, but I don't have much of a navy or colonies to defend. Huge army, poor training and support. Erm, Theo is this a typo or is this how it is? Seems like a copy-paste type from the Empire.

That's just how the dice fell. I C&P the original template from the first one, which is the Uzgurian Empire, so I needed to adjust the demonyms but yes, all the numbers are RNG.

Alrighty, I'll roll with the results then. Perhaps a hurricane did something terrible to my once-vaunted navy and I need to rebuild. Given all my lumber I have no shortage of resources to do so anyway.

1: Are my nation's cultures, religion, political ideologies, and other things mine to make up or will you be deciding them too?
2: How exactly can you say the nation's economy is stable when both the treasury and the national change are in the negatives?
3: What condition is my meta-gaming licence nation's espionage and intelligence division in?

Cultural minorities can be named by your, political ideologies as well so long as they are fit to the era. That means they would be largely conservative in nation, probably jingoistic, etc. Religion should be a group effort between the players to establish uniformity in the world.

2: How exactly can you say the nation's economy is stable when both the treasury and the national change are in the negatives?

There exists a correlation between a nation's economy and the treasury of the government, but this doesn't implicate causation. I'm not really sure what else to say here. The United States is in trillion dollars worth of date and it's economy grows and wanes, etc. Your country is at war and a large sum of that debt is undoubtedly war spending.

3: What condition is my meta-gaming licence nation's espionage and intelligence division in?

Non-existent. You will be given relevant information on that front when the game formally begins.

Id be interested as joining, though not as a Great Power.

If there are any GP left, I'll take one of those please.
