[@Shadow Daedalus]Interesting. I'd have to see more details on the Semblances to know which one I prefer more/would allow. Specifically, an explanation of the dragon thing,(I would allow a breath-attack as a Semblance, but that and dragon features, not sure) and what "mutating Dust" exactly means.
