A lot of mechanical errors there, spelling and grammar and shit, but it's cool. Just watch that in IC, we want to try our best to keep it as proper as possible with minimal errors. I mean we an always edit, but it's fine, I just wanted to say. 

Now for the CS itself, it's fine and I accept it but on the condition that he can't just absorb and spiritual damage into himself. Like if someone has the cold then fine, but if someone just got stabbed by like... Anriu's dark spirit sword thing, then it shouldn't be as easy as storing the damage in his pockets. Also add that if he doesn't release the illness or wound to someone via physical contact quick enough, he gets hurt very badly.

Add that and it's good to go!
