Welkins decided not to get up for his early morning walk this morning and instead planed out a date for him and Reia to go on. There was always going to Aunty Jane's restaurant for lunch or dinner. It was run by a little old couple who had been running the business for years now. Ever since Welkins could remember. Instead he figured they would go out to the meadow a little ways out of town and bring a picnic. He had always wanted to go there with someone before so why not have a first date there.

Once he had the plans made, Welkins found a basket and a blanket. He didn't know what she liked to eat so he figured they would come back here and make some food. After getting every together that he could, Welkins grabbed his rifle and sabers then makes his way to his first class. He just wanted it to go by quickly so he could see Reia right away. It's all he wanted out of his day. Strategy class was slow as expected though. Since he already knew everything that was being said in the class Welkins didn't really pa much attention and just thought of Reia. As the bell rang, he quickly grabbed his stuff and ran to weaponry class. Sitting in the same spot as last time, he waited until she entered the class. He was stunned at her looks just like he way the day before and the day before that. Was it love at first sight? He couldn't tell. All he knew was that he was super happy and that's all that mattered.

Reia went through her first class fairly easily. Once it was time for weapons class she made her way there quickly, pushing the doors aside and stepping into the room. She had her book bag slung over one shoulder, and saw Welkins sitting in the same spot as yesterday. She went over to the empty seat and sat down, smiling softly at Welkins. She wondered for a moment if they'd be doing more practical learning, where they use their weapons of choice. She hoped they'd start doing that soon, there wasn't too much written into on each weapon available. Plus, she already knew everything she needed to about her daggers. She loved them a lot, but knew she would need to widen her range of weapons if she was going to be a good guild member. She figured she would at least need to learn to use a long ranged weapon. "Hi! I hope you slept well," she said gently, her eyes and tone gentle.

Quietly though in the back of her mind, she could feel someone walking toward the room. The doors swung open, and in walked Isara. Reia's eyes met hers and instantly the air in the room became thick and tense. Reia sighed softly, expecting that the day might not go so well now. She hadn't noticed Isara in the class the day before. As a matter of fact, she was positive she wasn't there yesterday. A slightly frown washed over Reia's face, and she wondered if Isara was so attached to Welkins that she found a way to join the class. But Isara didn't sit down in a seat. She stood at the front beside the instructor, and Reia's throat tightened. Finally the instructor spoke up, his voice rough. "Today we will be doing little practice spars with your weapons against Isara. I hope you all came prepared."

"Well fuck," Reia mumbled under her breath. She knew sparring wasn't meant to be deadly in the slightest, but was unsure what Isara would do once she was up against Reia. Reia reached into her book bag and took out her daggers. They shone brightly, looking sharp and lethal. She could still feel Isara's eyes on her, and she kept her gaze unwavering back.

Welkins watched as Reia walked in and sat next to him. "I slept great I hope you did too." He smiled and gently laid his hand on hers under the table. As soon as he thought the day was going to be great, Isara walked in. Her head was held high and she was staring right at Reia. For a breaf moment he wondered what she was even doing in weaponry class, but then realized that it was sparing day today and Isara was one of the best fighters in the guild. He gently looked at Reia and noticed her daggers already on the desk and she was staring right back at Isara. He sighed then dropped his hand from Reia's so he could grab his sabers and rifle.

"Since Isara is a guest today I think we'll have her choose who she wants to spar with first." The Instructor said harshly. Immidiatly Welkins just rested his face in his hands and knowing exactly who she was going to pick first. "I think I'd like to spar with the new girl if first if you don't mind." She looked right over at Reia an smiled a little evil smile and winked over at Welkins, noticing that his eyepiece was all fixed. Everyone in the class muttered to them selves while they grabbed all their gear. 'What has gotten into her?' He thought as they made their way down to the sparing ring. Isara had her usual battle garb on and her ax like spear that glowed blue from the type of magic she could control. She did look quite good in it, but still couldn't keep his eyes off of Reia. This was going to be a good battle to say the least.

Reia waited for what she knew was going to happen. Isara chose her to spar against first. She probably hoped she could injure Reia bad enough that she would be out of school for a few days. She looked at Isara carefully for the first time since she met her. She was a few inches taller, and weighed probably a good 40 lbs more than Reia. She knew this was going to be tough, but she figured she would be okay. At least she hoped. The entire class began to move and shift, grabbing their weapons and things before heading out towards the sparring ring. Reia walked slowly towards the area, taking in her new surroundings to try and find anything that might help her with an advantage. She looked down at her clothing, realizing that she wasn't quite wearing appropriate clothing to fight in and her eyebrow raised a little. She should have packed something better. She crinkled her nose and reached down to take her heels off at least.

Finally they reached the center of the ring, and the other students gathered around the edges, sitting and standing as they pleased to watch. Isara stood at the centre, her eyes completely focused on Reia. She held her weapon at her side, and Reia noticed as it glowed a soft blue. She must be able to use magic. Reia crinkled her nose and then let out a deep and slow sigh, trying to ground herself. Her bare feet pressed into the cool grass beneath her, and her pupils slit again, the way they had the night before. She could feel Isara's spirit through the ground, and suddenly her face lit up at the realization. She made sure not to change her expression though, and the instructor blew his whistle to begin the match. Without a moments hesitation, Isara moved towards Reia with immense speed. She swung the sword at Reia and she ducked down and to the side, the blade missing her by inches. Without waiting a second, Reia brought her daggers up and sliced the underside of Isara's arm that held her blade. She watched as Isara's expression turned angry, and she shifted so she was behind Isara.

Quickly though Isara turned around and swung her sword again, this time quicker. "What were you doing kissing Welkins last night, huh? I knew you were a tramp!" she spat angrily, and Reia's eyes widened, taken by surprised. Isara's blade nicked Reia's shoulder and she staggered backward slightly, wincing. "You were spying on me!" Reia said, feeling angry at the thought. It was none of this woman's damn business what she did. Now she was pissed. "You don't deserve to be with him! I do!" Isara said again. Reia let out a gentle growl and quickly reached up to push the hair strands back up into her bun. Her shoulder was bleeding steadily and she grabbed a tighter grip on her daggers. Easily she moved forward, beneath Isara's outstretched arms, and sliced right down along either side of Isara's ribs.

Isara winced and shouted out in pain, and Reia took her chance then. She could feel that Isara was scared, and Reia kicked out towards her. Her bare foot made contact with Isara's breast bone and she shoved her back, Isara's blade falling from her hand. A whistle was blown and the spar was over. "Back the fuck off bitch. Or next time it won't be so nice..." Reia said, staring at Isara intensely, pausing for a minute. "He doesn't want you."

Welkins sat right upfront wanting to see who would win. He had never seen Reia fight before so it would be cool to see what all she could do. Isara was a great fighter, but her temper could get the best of her. If she ever lost that's mostly what the reason would be. The Two of them were standing in the middle of the ring and waited for the battle to start. Reia kicked off her shoes while waiting then got ready. As the battle began it ended almost just as fast. He could tell Isara was mad and was saying something to Reia, but was unsure what it was.

Reia moved really well and seemed to be able to dodge most of Isara's attacks it was a good battle, but it was just so quick. Isara defiantly slipped up because Reia was able to kick her square in the breast bone. She screamed out in pain for a bit then conceded the battle. Welkins was shocked by how fast everything went. He was even more shocked that Isara lost, but was also really happy for Reia. Maybe now Isara would finally leave her alone for a while. Reia walked over to Welkins and smiled at him gently. "You did great!" Welkins said, leaning over the railing and hugged her gently. He saw the wound on her shoulder and grabbed some cloth from his uniform and patched her up. "I'm surprised at how quick you kicked her butt. That was some great skill. You might give me a run for my money." He winked at her and smiled. "I think what I picked out for later will really be worth it now. Both a date and a congratulations." Welkins finished patching up Reia's arm and helped her get over the rail. "My turn now. Since you beat Isara pretty bad it looks like I'll be fighting our instructor." He smiled and hopped the railing. The Instructor was a beefy man who had two axes and a side sword. Welkins had beat him once before, but the battle was very long and he almost broke both his sabers. "Wish me luck." he looked back at Reia and smiled.

Reia breathed out heavily, holding her daggers in one hand. She walked over to the rail and Welkins patched up her shoulder for her before pulling her up and over the rail. He winked at her, impressed with her fight. She still felt angry and wasn’t sure whether to tell him what isara said to her during the match. She really hoped isara would leave her alone now. All she could do about that though was wait and see. Welkins told her then that he had a date planned and her heart skipped.

Since Isara was down for a while, Welkins would be sparring the instructor. He was a big guy, and Reia’s eyes were focused on Welkins now. “Good luck!” She said, leaning to kiss his cheek softly for extra luck. She decided to wait to tell him what Isara said, not wanting to distract him.

Welkins blushed when Reia kissed his cheek. He wasn't expecting it. After she kissed him he looked up at her, smiling and giggling a little.

Welkins made his way to his side of the field. The Instructor walked past and patted him on the back. "Don't think that I didn't see that." The Instructor smiled and teased. He was a tall man with muscles buldging everywhere. The man could take on an eliphant and win. Welkins didn't know if he could win again it was only a flook last time. The gong rang and Welkins brought up his rifle. The shots went off one after the other and missed every time. He was fast, but it wasn't the first time. Welkins was rushing and not taking his time. He could hear his father in the back of his head nagging at him to breath and wait for an opening. The Instructor wasn't letting up though. He was running right at him with his claymore ready to strike. Welkins dodged the first attack and started to run to the other side of the field. He didn't want to show off his speed, but he also didn't want to lose again to him. After a second of thought, Welkins took off. His lightning like speed got him to the other side in no time. Once there he quickly turned around and aimed. He could see his opening and took it. The shot fired and rang through the arena. The bullet hit the Instructor right in the thigh and took him down. That wasn't enough though.

Not even a second went by and the man was running back at him. Welkins was about to reload when he realized he didn't have any ammo. They were only aloud one clip in the ring. He tossed aside his rifle and drew both sabers. It was time to show off his skills to Reia. With a quick dodged again, Welkins sliced up with his right hand and hit the Instructor in the side. The claymore came right down again and Welkins blocked it with both sabers. They couldn't take that kind of blow again or they might break.

Welkins took off again, this time doubling back and slicing at every opening he could find. Since he was using his speed to his full advantage, the battle was easy though he was probably going to get in shit again from his father. After seven more blows, the Instructor conceded. He knew if Welkins continued to wail on him like that, he would almost kill him. The class cheered as Welkins walked back up to the rail. He picked up his rifle on the way and came over to Reia. "How was I?" He smiled and gave her a light kiss. Not sure what she would think about that, he blushed but didn't turn away. The Instructor came up behind him again and patted his back. "Good job today Welkins. I told you if you stopped holding back on your speed you would be able to beat me with ease." He smiled then looked at Reia. "Hey new girl. You lucked out with this one." He smiled and laughed, walking away to challenge the other students.

Reia watched Welkins fight closely, noticing he was extremely fast. His skills were pretty impressive, but just like herself everyone could improve. Eventually the fight ended with a win for Welkins, and he made his way back over to the rails. He didn't even seem out of breath, which was astonishing. Reia didn't have that type of speed. But what she lacked in speed, she gained in spiritual intuition. Though to the naked eye, she would seem harmless and weak. Welkins leans up and kissed her softly, and she stared at him. She didn't kiss him back, only because the instructor walked up moments later to congratulate Welkins on his win. He then looked to Reia and spoke gently, though with a light heart. "Hey new girl. You lucked out with this one."

Without missing a beat, Reia looked him dead in the eyes and spoke evenly, "She deserved it. That woman had it coming, I'm sure." Without responding, the instructor walked off. Since the rest of the class would be sparring the instructor, or Isara once she was better, Reia sat down on the bench and waited for Welkins to sit beside her. Once he was seated, she turned her body to face his slightly, slipping her heels back on. "Isara was spying on us last night, Welkins. I just thought you might want to know..." she said, her blue eyes on his hazel ones. "She also called me a tramp, and said she deserved to be with you, and that I don't." Reia sighed softly, letting her gaze fall onto her daggers which were placed in her lap now.

Welkins laughed as he hauled himself across the rail. "I think he was talking about me not the battle Reia." He smiled at her, but quickly changed to a frown. If it was true that Isara was spying on Reia last night then that crossed the line. He had no idea that Isara, one, felt that way about him, and two, would ever stoop that low as to spy on someone because of it. He was going to have to have a talk with her about that. That was unacceptable. "That's not right of her to do that to you and I'm sorry it happened. I can talk to her and ask her to back of if you want." He tried to avoid talking about the part where she deserved to be with him and not Reia. "Also tell me if she ever calls you that again. You can tell her that you know her secret about her sex life too. That will shut her up right away."

Welkins saw that Reia was looking down at her daggers and smiled. He took her hand as if it was all going to be okay. "I'm excited to take you on our date later." He smiled and continued to watch the battles. He was super excited and hoped that she was just as excited. It would be the firat time he took someone who he really liked out to the meadows. It was his private place where he would go and relax by himself, but he would love to be able to share it with Reia.

Reia's face turned from pale blueish, to deep pink when Welkins mentioned that the instructor was talking about lucking out with Welkins, and not lucking out by winning her fight against Isara. She felt stupid and embarrassed, and sighed again. "I think you should talk to her, and at least find out what the source of her issue is. I'm not going to let her bully me," she said seriously, her expression neutral. Welkins gave her a tip about trying to shut Isara up, but that felt childish and Reia didn't want to act like that. He reached out, grabbing her hands, she figured to try and make her feel safe. He then mentioned his excitement about the date. Reia hoped that Isara didn't hear him say they'd be going out. That's the last thing she needed.

"Where will we be going?" she asked, unable to keep her curiosity at bay. In a way, she didn't want him to spoil the surprise. She hoped it would be something amazing. She smiled softly and looked up at him after looking at their hands. She still felt a little hesitant, but was willing to give things a try. Hopefully everything would be okay. She did think things happened for a reason, after all.

"Don't worry." Welkins said softly. "I won't let her bully you either. I'll talk to her."

Welkins didn't want to ruin the surprise so all he told Reia that it was a beautiful place and that they would be going to his house first to pick up something. The bell rang for the next class. Welkins went one way and Reia went the other. He was super excited to see her again after class. As he entered his fathers study, there was a note on the table. "Darion." The note started. "There will not be class for the next few days. I am out on a recon mission and I don't know when I will be returning. Study hard and stay safe. I will tell you all about it when I get home." He didn't seem to have enough time to sign his name, but you could see where he was going to by the pen mark. Not sure what to do, Welkins left and walked around doing his daily walk around the town. Had to make everything and everyone was safe. What he did find odd though was that Isara was nowhere to be seen. Maybe she was still recovering.

By the time the last bell of the day called out, Welkins had finished his job and checked in with Wendy. Reia was on her way down and just like always, he was stunned. "Welkys I can tell you really like the new girl." Wendy teased. He just shrugged it off and smiled as Reia walked up to him. "Are you ready to go?" He said gently, a beam across his face.

By the time the end of the day arrived, Reia felt fairly tired. She made her way slowly to meet Welkins, walking down the stairs of the institute to the main foyer, where Wendy sat at the front desk like usual. Reia could tell Wendy had said something to Welkins, but he didn't respond to her. Once she was in front of him though, he asked "Are you ready to go?" He was smiling like he had just had the best day of his life, and it was pretty cute how excited he was for this date.

"I'm ready," she said, looking at him gently. She knew they had to stop at his house first though, to pick something up. She was curious what it could be, and began walking in the direction of his house. She could feel eyes from others on her, probably wondering what she was doing with Welkins. She kept her eyes on the ground for most of the way to his house, and waited once he went inside to grab whatever it was he needed.

"I think you'll really love this place." Welkins said gently before he walked into the house. He grabbed some food and the blanket and stuffed them into the basket. After making sure everything was in order, he left and looked at Reia. "We're going to have a picnic if you would like." He smiled then started walking towards to meadow. The walk took them about ten minutes out of town. The place was beautiful. There was one tree on a hill top and over it was a stunning view of a field of flowers.

"This is where I wanted to take you today. It's one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. I come here a lot when I'm needing to think or if I just want to be alone. Not many people in the town know about it, but I wanted to share this place with you. Somewhere you could go to think and be alone too." Welkins set up the blanket and the food from the basket. There was all kinds of things to eat. Most of it was vegitarian for Reia. He had guessed when helping with the grocerys that she didn't eat meat. He let Reia sit first then followed after, making sure she was comfortable. There was a slight breeze and it flowed through Reias hair gently. Welkins didn't want to stare so he started to dish up some of the food. Handing the first plate to Reia. She was beautiful just like the flowers in the field. He was so happy to be able to have met her and been the one who showed her around. If it wasn't for that, he wouldn't be sitting here right now. After stealing a few glances at her, Welkins looked out into the field of flowers and thought about what could happen next. There was so many things that he loved to do and there was finally someone who actually, maybe, liked him back and would like to go do these things with.

Not many people in the town know about it, but I wanted to share this place with you. Somewhere you could go to think and be alone too." Welkins said, putting some food on a plate and handing it to Reia. She looked at the food and double checked that whatever he had given her was vegetarian, which it was. "Do you not eat meat either?" she asked him curiously. She hadn't mentioned the fact she was vegetarian at all to him. She ate quietly for a while and looked around the area. There was one single tree on top of the hill they were on, with flowers surrounding it. There was a slight breeze, and it rustled Reia's loose pieces of hair. She tucked the pieces behind her pointed ears, and looked at Welkins gently. He kept looking at her, and she was unsure why, but he eventually turned his gaze to the flowers and seemed to be thinking.

She finished eating finally and felt full and content. She put the plate down gently and laid the fork on top, wiping her lips with a napkin. "What's on your mind? Is everything okay? Did you get a chance to talk to Isara?" she asked curiously, her eyes still on Welkins face. His ears were slightly pointed, not as obvious as hers were though. She reached out gently and took his hand, pulling him up and heading towards the tree and the flowers for a walk. She wanted to experience this entire area to get the feel of it.

Welkins continued to look out at the flowers. Not really listening to Reia. "I'm sorry, I was just lost in thought. I was thinking about my mother. She died when I was ten and her grave is apart of those flowers." He looked back at Reia and smiled gently, a small tear in the corner of his eye. After thinking about it for a little bit, he quickly changed the subject. "I couldn't find her after weaponry. I looked, but she was no where to be seen." He looked down feeling a little bad about what happened. "I'll find her and talk to her. Don't worry."

Once they were both finished with the food, Welkins packed everything back up in the basket. "No I like meat, but when I helped you with the grocery's the other day, I saw that you had a lot of veggies. So I made all this for you." Welkins got up and helped Reia to her feet. "Come on the flowers are more beautiful when you walk through them and can smell them all." Still smiling, he kept his hand with hers and walked to the field. There were all kinds of flowers. Tulips, Pansies, Roses, anything you could think of was there. "Reia I've had a really good time with you today. I hope you feel the same. I know it was a rough start, but it'g going to be better from here on out." He turned to her and smiled.

They walked through the flowers and Reia listened to Welkins talk about his mother's death and about being unable to find Isara. This seemed weird, since from what she gathered, Isara was extremely close to him and spent lots of her time with him. Reia wondered if maybe she scared her away. It wasn't her intent to drive her away from being friends with Welkins. She simply wanted Isara to leave her alone, or at least be a little less rude. Reia was aware she could be abrasive too, but she had never been rude to anyone she didn't know like the way Isara had.

Finally Reia's thoughts were interrupted by Welkins speaking. "Reia I've had a really good time with you today. I hope you feel the same. I know it was a rough start, but it's going to be better from here on out." He turned to face her and he smiled. She wasn't quite sure what to say. She was still getting a feel for him. Hell, she was still trying to get used to being in a new place. "Thank you for bringing me here. I know this place must mean a lot to you," she said gently. It was beginning to get later into the evening, and Reia kind of wanted to get home. She was planning on getting a mission from the guild tomorrow if she could, and knew she'd need the rest. "I don't want to sound rude, but I want to get a decent amount of sleep tonight. I am planning on obtaining a mission tomorrow," she said gently, looking up at Welkins gently. She felt tired from the day, her muscles and shoulder still sore. She smiled a little at the thought of a hot bath, and began to walk back to the picnic blanket.

Finally once they made it to their houses, Reia waved gently at Welkins, smiling. She had thanked him for the date and kissed him on the cheek softly, but left it at that. Once inside she instantly went to the master bathroom and ran a hot bubble bath. She slowly unwrapped her shoulder, looking at the damage that Isara had caused. The slash wasn't too deep, but it was long and jagged. She cleaned it with alcohol and then sunk into the bath. Her mind went completely blank for a while. She didn't know for how long exactly that she was in there, and once she got out, she went right to sleep.

Once she woke up in the morning, she got dressed into a simple relaxed outfit and brought her book bag and her daggers with her to the Guild. She went up the stairs and found the main office where the Guild masters were, waving at Wendy as she went by. Right as Reia was about to knock on the heavy wooden door, it opened, and she could hear one of the Guild masters speaking gently. "Come on in, Reia." It took her by surprise slightly, but knew that with the vast variety of magic users and such, it wouldn't be rare for someone to have the Sight, or intuition abilities. She stepped inside the room and moved to sit down in a big leather chair. The room was warm, both in temperature and environment. The office was gorgeous and huge. She sat in the chair and the Guild Master looked her over gently. It was a bold move to try and obtain a mission this early into her studies, but she didn't want to waste time. This guild had the same ranking type system as SPA did, but for Reia, she wouldn't fight in battles to get to the top. She would ace her classes and do well on missions to climb the ladder for ranking.

The Guild master, whose name was Kalona, kept his gaze focused on her still for a little while. Finally before she could say anything, he handed her a thin folder. She could tell by Kalona's eyes that he was a Vampire, but something about the coloring was off. She wondered what type of powers he possessed. He smiled at her gently, and then spoke evenly. "That mission was given to you only because I am aware of the affinity for Spirit that you have. No one else here at Galia has this affinity. It's very rare, and very specific to this mission. I trust you'll be able to handle it on your own. I am aware of your reputation at SPA. Don't let me down." With that, Reia smiled softly at Kalona, nodding. "I won't disappoint you, Master Kalona."

Welkins smiled as Reia was talking about how she wanted to do a mission the next day. "Of course lets go back then." He thought the date had gone well. Once they made it back to her place, Reia kissed Welkins on the cheek and left it that. He waved to her goodnight and then left to go to his house. As he got there he noticed that the door was slightly open. Welkins loaded his rifle and slowly walked into the house. The lights were off, but the fire was going. He kept his rifle at the ready and knew if it got up close and personal he would have to grab his sabers. As he walked into the living room, someone walked up behind him. He heard the footsteps and quickly turned around. Staring down the barrol of his gun was Isara. Realizing who it was, Welkins lowered his rifle and sighed. "Damn it Isara I could have killed you." He said a little harshly, not really impressed. "What are you doing in my house anyways?"

Isara smiled and sat down in the chair. "I didn't see you today after class Welks. I got a little worried about you." Welkins stayed standing and looked at Isara blankly. "I was fine. I was just out with Reia." He said still not impressed. Isara shifted and came up close to Welkins grabbing his arm a little. "Welks you know I don't like that tramp. She doesn't deserve you at all. Why can't you be with me?" Welkins could smell that Isara had been drinking, so he decided to dodge that last question. It was probably why she was like this now. Not even giving it a second thought, he made he let go of him then grabbed her some water. Handing it to her, he told her to drink it all. She did then sat down again. "Isara, Reia told me what you said to her and it wasn't right of you to do that. She's new here and she doesn't need you to get all up in her face. Judging how today went, she could probably kick your ass in a heart beat. So please stop it. And stop calling her a tramp." He walked back over to her and sat at the oposite end of the table. "But Welkins..." She started to whine a bit. "No whining. I'm telling you to stop this madness that has gotten ahold of you and back off Reia. Understand?" Isara nodded her head and then laid it down on the table. Welkins rolled his eyes then sighed, knowing he was going to have to carry her home.

The next day, Welkins got up and did his morning stroll through the town. Everything was all fine, so he walked himself to the guild building and waited for classes to start. He had wondered if Reia had gotten that mission she wanted. Even though she was new, she seemed to know what she was doing. Guess he'd find out in weaponry if she got it or not.

As the day went by, Welkins didn't see Reia at all. She must have gotten the mission and was sent out right away. Classes were boring as usual and when it came to it, his father still wasn't there. 'Might as well do my rounds.' He thought to himself, a little bummbed that Reia still wasn't there. He hoped that she was okay. During his round, he saw Isara walking around. Not really wanting to talk to her after last night, Welkins just kept going. She seemed to get it too, since she looked right at him.

Almost right after she accepted her mission, she decided she needed to go purchase some sheathes for her daggers, stop at home to pack up a bag, and do a few other things before she could even think about setting out. She wondered whether she should stop by Welkins' place before heading out, figuring she might not see him in a couple of days at least. She wasn't sure how long this task would take her, but by the sounds of it, it could end up being pretty intense. She made her way to the market and found a shop which sold weapons and accessories. She browsed for a few moments before getting some sheathes made to fit her thighs. Her daggers fit into them perfectly, and they were snug against her thighs. She paid for them and then took them off, making her way back home with the sheathes inside of a small cloth bag. On her way home she saw Isara walking, her head down. She looked upset and figured that Welkins had probably talked to her. Reia frowned a little, feeling guilty at the fact she might have honestly ruined their friendship. She sighed, looking at from Isara.

Finally she neared her house, and she saw Welkins shortly after seeing Isara. She slowed down, figuring she would at least ask if she could stop by before she left. She shoved the folder into her book bag and looked at her daggers for a moment, approaching Welkins. "I'm just letting you know, I'll be gone out of town on a Mission for a couple of days. I saw Isara on the walk this way. She seemed upset. Is it alright if I come back later before I leave, so I can say goodbye?" When he agreed, she waved and disappeared towards her house, going inside. She decided to eat a quick dinner, and went to pack her bag. She figured she might need something to fight in, just in case, and packed a specific outfit for the job. The rest of the outfits she chose were just casual. She changed into something more appropriate for the trip, and packed anything else she thought she might need. She had never met the person she would be joining up with once she arrived, but figured it would be fine. Finally once things were packed, she left the house, locking the door snugly behind her. She had her daggers sheathed to either thigh beneath her dress, and they stayed close to her skin so you wouldn't have guessed she was carrying a weapon with her, let alone two.

She arrived at Welkins house just after dinner time and knocked on his door, then waited. She placed her bag down on the ground while she waited.

It didn't take Welkins long to walk the town, but he did it again anyways. He didn't feel like his usual happy and kind self. Right now he just wanted to go home and lay there. So after the second walk of the town he let Wendy know he was done and headed home. He didn't see Isara or Reia, so he figured both were busy. It didn't take to long for him to make it home on a normal day, but today he took his time. Something was bothering him, but he couldn't put his finger on it. It wasn't often that things got to him. Before he could think more on it, Reia stopped him outside his door asking if she could come by later before her mission.

Of course Welkins agreed to her coming and watched as she walked off. Once she was further away, he opened his door and walked into his house. Be didn't really feel like doing much so he placed his rifle and sabers down then made some food. Bacon was what Welkins would have when he was feeling down. Once it was all made and set, he ate and waited for Reia to come back. While eating, he thought long and hard about what was bothering him. It could be that Reia was leaving, but it had to be more than that. Was it that she was leaving on a mission? Maybe, but he couldn't figure it out. Not much really bothered him so when something did, he didn't know what to do. Normally he would talk to Isara, but this wasn't something he wanted to talk to her about. Mostly since it had to do with Reia. It didn't really matter though. The second he put his plate away, the door was being knocked on. Figuring it was Reia, Welkins walked over to open the door. As he opened the door, Reia was standing there waiting for him. "Come on in." He said gently. "I'm glad I got to see you before you left." He smiled a little as she walked in.

Reia was welcomed into Welkins house, and she stepped inside gently, placing her bag down by the door. The lace shoulders of her black dress showed her pale blue skin, and she swept her hair from her face slightly, twisting it into a neat bun at the top of her head. It stayed up easily with a pin, and she looked at Welkins gently. "Hi. I'm sorry I didn't see you much today, I had a lot of things to get done before I could leave. The train leaves the station in about half an hour, so I wanted to come say goodbye before I went. I should only be gone for a couple of days, I think." She spoke softly, her blue eyes cool as she gazed around the room for a moment. She thought for a second and then continued, "Would it be alright if I left my house key with you? I'd really appreciate it if you could check on it while I'm away. I don't have any animals or anything, but still." Once she handed him her house key, she moved to sit on the couch gently.

"Did you talk to Isara?" she inquired, even though she figured she knew the answer already. "How did it go? I feel bad that I might have ruined your friendship with her. It wasn't my intention." She sighed softly, looking out the window slightly before resting her eyes on Welkins' face again. It seemed like something was bothering him. His aura was dull, and she could feel some sort of negative emotion in the air. She realized he hadn't smiled at her as big as he had the last couple days as well when she arrived. Maybe he didn't like her after all. Reia thought maybe then that her going away for this mission might be good. Give him some breathing room.

"Anyway, thank you again. Here's my cell in case anything happens," she smiled gently, writing down in cursive her name and cell phone number then handing him the paper. "I should get going so I'm not late. I promise I'll keep in touch while I'm away. I'll be back before you know it." Once Welkins took the paper from her, she reached out and hugged him gently, then brushed the hair from his face a little. "I'll see you later!" she picked up her bag and showed herself out of his house, moving quickly toward the train station. She could feel his eyes on her back while she walked away for a couple of seconds, and then she felt alone, mostly. There were people still around her, but none she really knew. Some from Galia, some from other places. She handed the clerk a piece of paper which held her ticket information provided by Kalona, and the clerk simply nodded and motioned to the train. Reia smiled, thanked him, and proceeded to board. She breathed out softly and found an empty section so she could focus. The train ride there was only a few hours, and she should arrive sometime later in the night. Enough time to get some rest before she had to get to work. She felt nervous and took the folder out of her bag, going over the case again and memorizing the information she would need to know.
