This is what I thought would be a good layout. The construction site allows for shortcuts to all the residential areas, since the hypotenuse is shorter than the other two sides combined (although larger than the other two sides individually). For the trailer parks, it would prevent anyone from having to go up Oak Avenue, down Birch, and down WIllow Avenue.

Edit: Also, we could put the Russo Pizzeria across the street of the Galleria. Makes it convenient for Mario getting to the mall.
