So, if you were interested, that would be fine. "Appropriate" in this sense just means characters that don't fit the theme of the role-play i.e. Races outside of humans and stuff. Also, if the writing isn't to standard, I think the level of effort and whatever else presented in a CS sets that person up for the role-play. Looking for active players, multiple paragraph posts, that sort of thing.
