What would you like a summary of? Consider MR a "reality simulation;" there's no directed story or end goals—we're just mortals constrained to our universe getting a glimpse into the outer expanse of Existence.

No technical restriction, but you might find that it makes things easier in the end. Humanoids are "in" right now, and most interdimensional beings can change their form factor to some degree.
