He speaks to everyone with what seems to be a never-ending well of optimism and enthusiasm, not allowing much to get him down. He tackles situations with the intent of assuring the safety of everyone involved, rather than to throw himself in the spotlight at every given occasion. Despite his hyper and upbeat nature, he's also observant of the flaws of others, often being one to notice when things are wrong when others would blow off their suspicious as just that.[/color][/indent]

[indent][color=Black][b]Fredrick Morrin[/b][/color] [color=gray]Grew up in Pueltown, Almia. The boy grew up with a fondness for machines and how they aided in day to day life, wishing to one day invent something that could benefit the world, too! He became more and more aware of the flaws of today's technology, and that some of it damaged nature and harmed habitats for Pokemon... It made him determined to figure out better methods of powering technology so that the Pokemon of the world wouldn't have to suffer any longer. 

Aside from normal things, Fredrick also became obsessed with a piece of technology he couldn't openly get his hands on; Pokemon Ranger Stylers. He felt like there was so many ways the device could be improved, after he figured out how they worked. He could help the rangers do their job more effectively, or perhaps find a solution to certain problems they might have! The more he looked into the rangers, the more invested he got, until he finally had a burst of courage and dashed off to the Ranger School. 

He wasn't as tough as others, and he was a bit clumsy, too! But he was there to help how he could; Behind the scenes, and on the scene!
