You should pre-order it if you do then you get either the Jamais vu or deja vu side mission. 

in Jamais vu ( Xbox only ) you play as cyborg Radien from Metal gear solid revenangce, and kill alien body snatchers.

in Deja vu ( Playstation only) you play as 3d blocks snake renacting the old mgs 1 mission.
