Titania woke right before the sun. he questions were still unanswered and it bothered her deeply. Not even the comfort of walking outside in the tall grass helped ease her mind. Climbing to the top of a tree she weaved branches to cradle her as she watched the sun rise like she always did. The day would be eventful that was a promise. sighing she watched as the rest of her "family" woke up, or returned to camp. They all seemed to be tense, of course the dead body held perfectly good reason for that, but they should all be leaving soon, this small place, and the body forgotten.

With the sun risen Titania gently jumped to the ground. Her thoughts focused on her companion Sasha, see how he was holding up.

Hammond gave an unamused expression at the sudden change of topic from Eleana but he decided to get back to it later. "Dead things brings hunters, that's his initial concern. Truthfully I have no idea who could've done this but I suppose we'll find the culprit soon. Unfortunately we have..." The trickster stopped to turned his head seeing Blake suddenly come in, quickly reminding Hammond of what he saw. "Right, hunters," he muttered. It was certainly the ones in the car then, he probably should've dropped one of hex bags at that time. No matter, he'll have to help Vladimir deal with them later. "Blake let's get your renewal over with now, hold out your hand." Hammond preferred the longer process of renewing glamour to make sure there were no errors and to make the effect last longer, but right now he didn't have the time. Hammond went through his pockets to find several items of use, one of them being a small knitting pin. After he grabbed his items Hammond looked at Eleana. "I hope you're not lying at me at this current time. It's more important that this place isn't revealed than you being revealed in your true form." I'll check her anyway after I'm finished with Blake.

Fia locked up her cart as tight as she could and closed all the curtains. She would play the 'sleeping' card for as long as she could. Everything was taken care of her space. She had anything and everything that was connected to nonhumans put away from prying eyes. She had also taken care of the smell of death that had been in her cart with her body change. Incense burned covering up anything else that could be picked up with smell. Honestly her incense could turn away any dog or werewolf with their smell. She changed her robes to a more casual look. The dark colors contrasted the patches of golds and greens to give more interest to her attire. Putting on her headdress Fia sat in her chair and closed her eyes. Her job wasn't to socialize with the hunters or the others. It was to make sure that she saw everything before it happened. So far their had been two deaths and now two hunters had arrived. The question remained now. Who would find the culprit first? The circus members or the hunters? The answer to the question could determine the fate of the circus, the fate of her new home.

Blake readied himself, feeling the prick on his finger. That wasn't what he was preparing for, knowing that the real pain would be coming any second now. As the blood was reinserted, the glamour dropped. Wings unfurled, the sound of claws scarping on the floor was heard. The teenage boy was shown for his true self. His toned body was covered with a layer of red, layered scales and large horns growing from his head. His tail twitched for a moment before the pain shot through his body. He cursed loudly, struggling to remain standing, his sharp teeth and his glowing blue eyes clenched tight. He clenched his fist in pain for a moment, fire igniting around it, before the glamour restored and the pain subsided. He stood up slowly, letting out a small groan of pain. He glanced up at Hammond, speaking through clenched teeth. "I always love these special moments." He left the tent, walking towards the entrance, wanting to catch a glimpse of the hunters. He fought off the urge to play a few tricks on them, having to convince himself that they weren't worth risking everyone's safety. His mind drifted back to Rosalind, What made her think it was me? Was there something on the bodies that gave her that idea? Or is she starting a witch hunt?

Phillip gave a rather surprised expression as a woman approached them. The expression quickly went away and was placed in a serious tone. So ringmaster, that's it! he thought. Phillip gave a brief nod to the woman before speaking. "Yes if you don't mind. We're French Internal Intelligence and were given note about a murder the day before," Philip pulled out his wallet and flashed his ID before continuing. "We know that the body has been removed but we'd like to ask some questions to see if we can find the culprit. It would be great if you could answer several questions for us, and if you wouldn't mind to lead us to the manager of this place."
Hammond glanced in Blake's direction as the imp walked off, wondering whether to warn him to not be stupid. At the last second Hammond shrugged it off and looked back at Eleana and shook his head. "Imps..." he muttered then smiled at the phoenix. "So, you're well then? Care for me to check just in case you're wrong?"
Nixon continued his whistling as he went through the camp, wondering who to annoy at this pleasant time. The seer girl? Possibly. What about the imp? Would he enjoy it? There's no fun to that. Nixon kept jumping around the possibilities of who but then decided to be the first person he randomly encountered. Nixon changed his tune he was whistling and continued his walk again. Seeing Fia's cart locked up and still closed Nixon grinned. A wake up call would be fun for her, or would it be for him? Well, he'd find out shortly.

"It is rather peculiar, don't you agree," Eleana response with a thoughtful tilt of her head. "No one here is a newborn, or close to it. We have spent so long living in secret, we know how to cover our tracks, and dispose of our messes." In the corner of her eye, Blake was approaching. Eleana leans in a little closer so the imp cannot hear, "What if the body wasn't a accident? What if someone wanted the body to be found?" It was a dangerous thought, especially among creatures prone to violence when threaten, but the idea has be in the back of Eleana's mind since the news was broken. She doesn't hear his response as Blake has join the conversation.
"Blake, always a pleasure,"

Eleana felt a little odd watching the imp drop his glamour. it feels almost taboo now. Like how a human feels exposed without their clothes, a supernatural could feel exposed in public without glamour. Blake didn't seem to notice, he was more focus on the pain. Eleana watched him transform again quietly. It even seem to kill his sense of humor. This is what glamour does to Eleana and her kind. She did not blame the witches however, they provided a disguise, a way to continue to live. But it still felt so unnatural.

"He is harmless when he is in a good mood." Eleana retorts as Blake hurried off, "just keep him in a good mood."
"So, you're well then? Care for me to check just in case you're wrong?" Eleana holds back a groan. Instead she puts on another good humor smile and chuckles, "Oh Hammond, you work so hard. But you don't have to worry about me. Besides, Vladamir needs you more today. You need help him push our skeletons in the closet so to speak." Her feet were already moving away from the circle of caravans and Hammond. "Rest easy lovely, I will put on my best human act today, I'll even go play pretend while I smoke." Her hand lifts from the robe pocket with a half empty pack of cigarettes. As Eleana made distance from Hammond, her attention goes to the spot set up for a mess hall. She places a cigarette between her lips and touches the end with her thumb until the tip lights up. Maybe she should grab a bite.

Jean was taken a back by his question. He thought for a moment before answering Sasha. "As a shapeshifter...I am nothing. I have no real form that anyone would care to look at. One second I can be this." Jean said pointing to himself. "The next moment I can be this..." Jean's face bubbled like boiling water and when it stopped, his face looked like Vladimir's. "You see." Jean said in Vladimir's deep russian accent. "I am really just a bag of skin. I have no voice. I can't really speak. I adapt to other things and peoples voice, thoughts, and personality. You might be asking yourself, 'why is he telling me all this?' Well it's because in order to understand my answer, you have to understand what it's like being a shapeshifter." Jean's Vladimir face started to boil and returned to Jean's preferred form. He sat down on a chair and looked at Sasha. "So, to answer your question, I wish I was never a shapeshifter. Really I wish I was anything else, so I could be my own person. That's all I wish for." Jean turned his head deep in thought. He started to hear some whispering inside his head. "What about you Sasha? Do you wish you were anything else? Do you hate yourself as much as I hate myself?"
Vladimir is still in his carriage.

Rosalind quirked a brow, then smiled seductively at Phillip. "Of course. Would you prefer to interview me first or the manager first, or perhaps.. ah, yes." She giggled, tipping her top hat to the man. "It would be easier to ask both of us at once."

"It's been so long since I've devoured a human," Medoh sighed forlornly into Rosalinds ear. Rosalind mentally hushed the demon and turned her ample backside to the hunters. "This way~" She giggled, making her way to Vladimirs carriage. Once they had arrived, she knocked on the door. "Vladimir darling~ We have visitors who have questions for our fine circus!"
Sasha shrank back in his chair and looked down shyly at the question. Had he dog ears they'd be down and his tail would be between his legs. "I don't hate myself for what I am...." He murmured, scratching his silver hair. "I hate that in the end, I couldn't protect who I loved."

Hammond narrowed his eyes as Eleana left without even giving Hammond the chance to stop her. For a moment he stood pondering whether he should go after her or not. He figured he would need to renew her glamour soon, no matter how much she would delay him. The trickster sighed and turned the opposite direction, figuring he'd do it without Eleana's consent next time he ran into her. He never had a glamour before but he figured what it was like for supernatural and somewhat forgave them for being risky without getting it. Hammond snapped his fingers and an illusion of a coin appeared in his hand. He began to flip the coin as he walked to the parking lot.
Phillip raised an eyebrow as Rosalind started to lead them to Vladimir. He didn't like nice people, they always creeped him out. "Right, let's get this over with," he whispered to Victoria before following behind the ringmaster. Phillip especially hated the way Rosalind had smiled at him. Who laughed cheerfully and happily led a federal agent over the discussion of a dead body? Nice people always tipped him off, but they were never enough evidence that something was wrong. If she's not human, maybe a succubus or empousai? Huh, felt no charms so I doubt it, maybe a vampire? She wouldn't be too happy in the sun. Is she actually human? Phillip wondered, then shook his head as he continued walking. He always did this to whoever he talked to unless it was another hunter, always acting suspicious. His job here was to find a killer, and Rosalind was leading them to answer their questions, that was good right? Nothing ever comes good out of this job, Phillip thought bitterly.

The crows that rested on her cart eyed Nixon has he drew close. They turned their heads from side to side eyeing him with one eye then the other. As he got closed they started to caw loudly and flap their wings in protest. Their mistress didn't seem to be stirring yet so they acted as a security to let her know when someone was coming.

Fia opened her eyes hearing her crows. She stood up and made her way to the door. She knew it wasn't a Hunter at the door so she unlocked it and left it cracked. As long as it was someone from the circus she would let them in, but wouldn't tolerate them for to long since it was important for her to keep her 'eyes' open. She would have to move around soon, maybe go to where the first body was found to feel around and see what it told her. She would have to not to seen by the Hunters that were there, maybe she would play the mourner role. Fia walked over to the table and snapped the inscent in half. They had done enough work masking the smell.

Rosalind's voice was always a comfort to Vladimir. He was going over old banking reports when the Hunters arrived at his door. Being a manager was never easy. He always needed a way to make a profit. Owning a circus wasn't exactly the best way to make money. That's why Vladimir owned stocks and businesses all over Europe under a different name. That's how the circus was making all it's money.

Vladimir stood up from his desk and strolled over to the door. He already decided he would have to lie to lead the Hunters astray. "Oh...." Vladimir's facial expression darkened when he saw Phillip and Victoria. "I thought police were done here. They had no leads..." Vladimir sighed. "Come in. I'll help in anyway I can."
Jean felt bad. He didn't want to bring up anything dark or depressing for Sasha. The world was all ready full of it. "You don't have to say anything more..." Jean started to help Sasha clean up. "We all have bad moments in our past...I just wish I could remember mine, but we just need to move on."

"Oh don't be silly Vladdy~ They still have to ask about admission price and all that if they want to visit our fine circus during the performances don't you know." She waved her hand in dismissiveness before sauntering behind the desk. She places one gloved hand on Vladimirs shoulder.
"Please, take a seat," She chirped, smiling. She looked up slowly, peeking at the door to make sure it was closed, then brought on the second act of her own performance. Her chipper smile turned into a concerned frown. "I'm sure you have many questions. It's hard to keep so upbeat for my performers... in such a dire time too." She made a show of sighing and rubbing Vladimirs back. "I can't press any more how... stressful it's been, and harmful to the name of the circus with these deaths." She made eye contact with both of them. "You understand?"

"Rosalind, You are so full of shit. I love it."

Phillip gave Rosalind a nod, but kept a blank expression. "Yes, I understand it's hard for you both at this stressful time, and we'll do our best to be as swift as possible," the hunter stated. Neither of them seem like the culprit, why would they be anyway? He thought. Phillip turned his head to Vladimir and showed him his Internal Intelligence ID. "The police gave us contact after similar cases were dropped nearby due to no leads. They thought it would be best to hand the case to us as we seem to find clues where no others can," he explained, putting his wallet away. The excuse of similar cases was a lie, but Phillip had done it so many times before he had gotten good at convincing his case. The cover of being a federal agent always helped in reducing people questioning his strange interviews. Phillip grabbed the chair in front of him and sat down. Right before he started questions his phone suddenly rang. He quickly picked it up and answered it. "Yes? Right, I understand, I'll have her check it out for you," Phillip hang up the phone and looked at Victoria, giving a brief nod for her to go. "When you're done come straight back here, I'll need your help for the site." Victoria left the room and headed back to the car, leaving Phillip alone with Vladimir and Rosalind. He didn't like being without his partner but he'd done many cases before by himself so it wasn't new. Phillip faced the two again and started his interview. "Right, if any of these questions feel uncomfortable just know I am required to look for any slight lead. Has there been any new staff recruited this past week or so? Have any staff been acting differently this pas couple of days? Do you have any records of your staff that I may check?" He'd start with the standard questions first, then get into the stranger ones.
Nixon looked up at the crows and scowled, mad at them for spoiling his surprise. He looked over at the door as he heard it slightly open. Dangit, she was already up. Nixon considered leaving, but figured he'd mine as well go in. The vampire teleported, or "blinked" as he liked to call it, inside in front of the door. Nixon gave Fia a smile as he watched her break an inscent. "You know those crows really ruin surprises for you, and I have to admit they're slightly creepy," Nixon said, leaning against the wall. "Seriously how is anyone going to throw you a surprise birthday party with them all around?"

Fia looked back at the Vampire as he 'blinked' into the cart with her. A smile came to her borrowed face from behind her veil at his statement and his question. She walked over to her window and opened it letting one of her crows fly inside to land on her shoulder. Closing the window she turned to face him she gracefully extended her arm to the chair that was in front of him so he may sit. "Nixon, it is my talent and job to see all that is around me. If I was to be surprised by something my existence here would be worthless, wouldn't you say?" Fia took her seat and gently stroked the crow on her shoulder under its beak. "Also my dear pets are not creepy, just misunderstood. They are the smartest birds. They learn quickly and adapted to situations easily." Even though her eyes were covered it was easy to feel her gaze staring. "I find it hard to believe though you, a vampire, creeped out by a mere bird." The crow stared at him as well, not making a sound. It just sat on her shoulder unmoving. "Now.. what brings you to my cart?"

Nixon looked up in the air, narrowing his eyes with a mock intellectual look. "Eh, I guess it makes sense for you, it would probably run you out of here or something like that," Nixon sat down in the chair, reclining his head back up at the ceiling. "But really it must be pretty dull to live without surprises." Nixon put his head back forward and stared back at the bird, going into a staring contest with it. After a moment, he glanced back at Fia. "Yes, they do creep me out. Strange looking intelligent birds that can spy on you are always creepy." Nixon felt Fia's gaze upon him, but it didn't really faze him much. "People on the other hand are just weird, only birds can manage to be creepy. But, you're a demon so you can't really be either. Anyway as I said I was here to give you a random surprise then was ruined, so I guess I have no idea what I'm doing now." Hm, what's the easiest way to spite a demon? Nixon wondered.

A white car rolled down the road, gravel crunching beneath its tires. The song "Yellow Submarine" could be heard blaring from the vehicles radio, the driver not seeming to care about the inevitable hearing damage. The car slowed to a stop in front of it's destination. This circus was connected with the murders, that was clear. But was it one of the members? Someone else? If so, were they human or something.. unnatural? A short woman stepped out from her vehicle, a smile on her face. Not as creepy as I was expecting... Dawn approached the circus slowly, her pale yellow suit looking out of place even at this home of misfits. She reached into her handbag, pushing the handgun out of the way. She grabbed the forged badge, glancing at it. It was a simple detectives badge, so she would have to be careful about her questions. Maybe talk to the acts to side, away from management. Next time, when getting her tips and badges from the same place, she would ask for a better one. Dawn continued her approach, humming an unknown tune. She headed slowly towards the main tent, looking for someone in charge. It had taken her some time to get here, hopefully the creature was still around.
Blake had lost track of the hunters. It was probably for the best, seeing as how he would do something that would get himself in trouble.. Besides, he had more important things to do. He grinned mischievously, glancing around to make sure he was alone After a few seconds, he withdrew the stick that held is cotton candy. He wasn't supposed to take freebies, but he had to find something to occupy his time. He headed outside, looking for someone to talk to.

Vladimir eyed Philip up and down, after he sat down in his chair, seeing if he could find any weakness in him. Vladimir relaxed when he felt Rosalind's hands on his back. Vladimir could tell this man was a well established hunter. Ruthless and deadly. He stunk of dead supernatural. It sent a shiver down Vladimir's spine. "He'd kill us all...With out a second thought...When only one of killed a human...God I want him to leave us be..."Vladimir listened faked intensely listening. He knew immediately what all Hunters asked. "They always start with the basic stuff and move into odd questions. I'll skip right to the odd questions.Lead you in the wrong direction." Vladimir told himself.

"Well sir, we're a circus. We hire gyps's and homeless people who want to preform. They rarely have any family left. Of course we get new people almost every week. Performers and workers come and go as the please. We travel a lot. We have people from all over Europe in our Circus. I wish I could give you any records we have, but most of the performers have none. We only have our voice to tell you our story. I could tell you mine story. This Circus has been in my family for years. On the other hand, you'll have to ask my dear Rosalind and the other staff and performers their story and questions individually to get their "file" Vladimir made quote marks with his fingers. "I'd love to help you with that but it's simply impossible....However there is one thing....Nevermind you'd think I was crazy. That's what the French police said.

"Indeed," Rosalind put her hand on her hips. "Before Vladimir took me in I was a gogo dancer under the alias 'Bonbon' in Paris. Why, if it was not for the generosity of our fine manager, why, I could have been pulled into a life of crime at the drop of a hat!" She smiled fondly at Vladimir, her arm draped over his shoulder and resting on the armrest of his chair. "We do insist to take all the time you need to find the scoundrel who did this."
She looked at Vlad as he went to ask his question, and she didn't pry, knowing the hunter would do that just fine on his own.

Once Vladimir had begun speaking, Phillip pulled out a notepad and wrote down several notes. He wrote in abbreviated phrases which only really made sense to him and few could discern without him there. Once Vladimir mentioned something strange, Phillip stopped and looked back up, perplexed. This may be the lead he was looking for. "Please, we're looking in all possible leads to find this killer. If you have any piece of advice that may benefit us please proceed." It was his usual phrase during the strange part of an investigation. This was the time when he heard the interrogate talk of either a man disappearing in front of their eyes, a child laughing, fangs coming out of someone's teeth, and even he heard them claim to the Incredible Hulk. Phillip looked over at Rosalind who explained her background and how great Vladimir was. The hunter gave a brief nod to her as acknowledgement then faced Vlad again.

Fia sat there for a moment not moving or breathing since her body did not require her too. In front of humans she had to remember to always breath or they would feel uneasy around her. It was interesting how something so small has not taking a breath could unravel a human. The world around her was constantly shifting beyond her gaze. Though she was focused on Nixon at the moment she could still see the interaction between Vlad, Rosalind, and Phillip and just like glancing to the side to see what was beside you she could see the other members of the circus and hunters that were without escorts.

She took a breath then spoke. "It is not dull. Imagine being able to peer into the eyes of those around you and see everything they will do before they do it. I see many situations that could happen including the situation that will. Also I am able to see into ones past by being around them.. but my vision is much keener when I am able to touch the person or something personal of theirs." She turned her head away from Nixon suddenly like someone had called her. "Our time to sit leisurely has come to an end. We have yet another guest to entertain." Standing up from her seat Fia made her way to the door and held it open for him. "Feel free to stop by again, though keep in mind that payment is due for any questions you may have."
