Hey there random people of the forum, My name's not actually Jim but meh it'll do. I'm not very good with introductions so let me just give basically bullet points
I'm incredibly new to Roleplaying forums and roleplaying in general themselves but I've always been a fan of the idea. Like mostly just from what I've read on Tv Tropes and the stories and worlds that some people make. I'd like to say I'm decent in writing but I think everybody does.
Stories I like are usually fast-paced ones where the characters shoot quips at each other. Specifically, I enjoy setting that is light-hearted and fun because, I'm gonna sound Edgy here, the seriousness of the real world can be exhausting. Genres I like are just whatever I like sci-fi, fantasy, horror sounds like it'd be hard in text, mystery because I'm a paranoid schmuck, superhero settings give a lot of room for deconstruction or just straight heroism, I've had a real obsession with Mechs and any setting with giant weapons lately, and I love the introduction genre of roleplaying forums where I can just babble on randomly, pretending I'm actually writing important things to pad my introduction post.
I like music, baking, cooking, jujitsu, tanks, anime, swimming, reading, daydreaming, thinking of ways to strap weapons onto tanks/mechs, thinking of flaws in seemingly good environments and systems as well as assuming everybody is wrong in someway because there's never anything completely good, and cinamon buns... Pretty much most baked goods but I don't like cakes for some reason.
Here's a picture of a cat just cause...
