As the briefing progressed, a thought clicked in the back of Elizabeth's head. But she quietly shook it off before the thought could boil in her head. But that didn't mean the thought had left her head, her right fist was clenched tightly into a ball. After the briefing, she left for the hanger to help the mechanics with the checks of her craft. When she arrived, a technician noted her outfit. She gave him a nod of thanks, grabbed the book from the seat in the cockpit, and ran for the barracks. Once there, Elizabeth changed into her flight suit, leaving the book on the bed, then left the barracks and ran back to the hanger. Once Elizabeth was back in the hanger, she approached a mechanic, and told him to double check everything. She then climbed the ladder up to the cockpit and climbed in, and began pre-flight checks. She'd be keeping her current load-out as most, if not, all of the targets would be air. Little she could do against a platoon of tanks with the current set up.
