You just put the pieces into MSPaint or photoshop and go from there. Here's a link to a site I go to once in awhile for hair, I do all of my own original bases though so most of the stuff on the site won't look as proportionate....

And before you ask, the adult content warning is there because the micros are mostly skin colored and some of them have nipples.
