[@Cleverbird]the way I see it, New Osaka covers a fairly large part of Korven with The Kings territory taking up another large chunk. The rest would sort of be a neutral zone between the two. In my head New Osaka would cover an area starting from the wall to Eden and the Wall to Lisden to allow the transportation of "goods" right through each district.
