In terms of Soldiers theres two possibilities. Ark Marine - Armed Forces, Military Service. Deployed by the Admiral to work in ops, defend camps on away missions and key points on the ship. Not many of these individuals and when not deployed, you won't have a lot to do but sit and wallow.
