These mechs are ancient warmachines passed down scion to scion of a given House. Also to note, these mechs are gene-locked to that House.

So, kinda like Battletech Mechs in a way.

Thanks, guess I missed that.

Can't really envision a scenario where the Concordat would have access to such machines, as I do remember something about cloning not working on genelocked tech.

Must have missed this conversation as well. So most houses don't have more than one or two mechs?

Edit @Legion02 the way I envisioned it and was going to use them was that each ruling high house had a number of vessels who possessed suits of their own for their own dynasty.

Keep in mind it was optional for the feudal factions. I was just curious if anyone was going to bring their own suits for the prince side plot.

Edit 2 completely forgot I was going to call them Cataphracts even. Maybe I'll write a blurb on them in the info doc. Or just introduce them via IC.

House Gallus may have a single cataphract (since that sounds way better for them let's be honest here).

I know I've been not involved but I've been having a host of things to deal with due to my job recently. I still fully intend to get in on this IC in the coming week if I can, otherwise uh.... I don't know I guess I'll drop?

I'm not pivotal to anyone's plans at the moment it would seem so there's no harm in me not joining right now, but it's also just bad form to not join .-.

This is one of the many problem with collaborative posts, and part of why I usually avoid them. I've got a post in mind I can hammer out though.

Wanna restart the RP in a new thread? The folks still around can re-post their posts, maybe we'd have more control over the setting/main plot?
