[/quote]Actually he's less lenient then you think XD Rinkei might do weird stuff for the most part but when the time comes you'll see his true personality(I didn't just put that True Personality part in his Cs for display you know). I consider him the combination of Kakashi, Jaraiya(Think that's right but something feels off), and Shunsei Kyoraku.
