Hello, everyone. Sorry for the delays. I have been either sleeping or busy. I am starting work on the OOC portion, now. 

It will likely cover some basic locations in Cobalt Coast City, definitions of Esoteric and Corporeal Reality, a Character Skeleton and a flavor intro to set the stage. I will also be posting my own character, shortly after that is done.

I expect to have the OOC completed and posted by Saturday.
