I think for Aya's arc it makes more sense for her to be seen as an equal to the boy's baseball club members, to walk on the same grounds they do. Her mother had to go to [i]America[/i] to play baseball due to the lack of opportunities to follow her dreams in Japan before she ultimately died in a car accident. Aya has her memory to live up to. Maybe I could somehow get her to interact with the boy's baseball club, but IDK in what capacity. Her only shipping options would be among them, I think, because unlike the Japanese boys they will respect her a lot more since there is far less segregation in baseball opportunities in their culture.
