[@Duthguy] [@Jobst] [@Bishop] [@SilverPaw] [@Zeroth] 'Shit! Shit! Shit! Why the hell did Mei have to do that!' Ed thinks to himself as he leaps over a small pile of rocks before taking a sharp left turn. 'And things were going so well too!' Another left turn followed by a right. Numerous thoughts rushed in and out of his head as he frantically dashed away. Ed felt like he had ran a whole kilometer before he stopped to catch his breath. His breath was ragged and his pulse raced. Ed was no stranger to exercise and sports when he was human but this body was simply not yet used to the strain he wanted it to perform. Finally catching his breath, Ed looks to his surroundings and finds nothing familiar. Ed's heart sank. 'I-I'm nowhere near the nest...great. I'm lost.' Ed felt disheartened by his predicament but forded on, knowing that complaining will just prolong the issue. Ed quietly moved along the cave floor, doing his best to at least appreciate the views this part of the cave offered. 'Hmm...maybe this isn't so bad after all. I mean, the sights are kinda nice and there were no monsters chasing me.' He felt a little happy and smiled for a moment. Only for a moment. The smile and the feeling quickly disappeared as he saw the bloodbath before him. The disbelief on his face contorted into a vicious snarl. 'Six Monsters. SIX GODDAMNED MONSTERS!? JUST MY FUCKING LUCK!' Ed thought, furious. He originally wanted to only investigate the strange glowing crystals near his nest. Simple as that; but instead, he was not only lost in a cave, he was lost in a cave with bloodthirsty monsters. The cave -no the world- tested him. Seeing how far it could push and prod him before he would break. He glares upward. 'Tch, well too bad!' Ed refused to break, refused to give in. He would not only survive this night, he would WIN this night. His baleful gaze went upon the downed wisp. It was a ranged attacker from what he could observe earlier, not only that it was capable of attacking while floating. The ability to fly made it the top most danger to him, but its ability to do ranged attacks while doing so made it his priority target. Ed climbs onto a small pile of rocks and with as much power his body could offer him, he lunged at the fallen wisp with all intent to tear the thing to shreds with his claws and teeth.
