I'll just keep Assassin without an identity then and have him start as a blank slate as is tradition for them. The skill itself will be inherent to him but I'll just attribute it to his name as one of the Hassan rather than who he was before.

Would Mind Eye - True at ( C Rank ) be fine then? Not at a rank that would be an affront to the raw talent of Heracles or full experience of Emiya, but suitable for an assassin who has the instincts developed from an experience of a lifetime. Nothing would come from the Noble Phantasm but work into the martial arts as background information.

Presence Concealment at A+ Rank would drop down to what rank then after the preparations to attack are made (so I have a reference)?

Besides that, is there anything else that needs to be addressed from the Character Sheet?
