So I was thinking, what claim is there to the [i]throwaway villains[/i]. Got an example in Speedfreak, he was in Hulk books say twice, appeared in Civil War and technically is a 'Hulk' Rogue. I'm not saying I'm going to use him but where is the judgement on the throwaway villains nobody cares about? Check in the OOC first?
