[i]Hey there! Yes, it's an image.
I use http://www.1001fonts.com- then you can choose color, font, size and when you right click on it; you say "copy image address" which will give you a url to paste between image tags as such: [code][img]image address goes here[/img][/code] that will give you things like the fancy headers:
