I emerge from cryogenic suspension with an urge to write. Just wanted to pitch and idea for fun and see if anyone was interested.

Magical Girls are great, magical girls save lives from all manner of villain, magical girls inspire. But...what if the one magical girl in the area was a complete idiot. One can only imagine the chaos, the property damages, the misunderstandings, etc that would occur in such a scenario. You guys are normal people, just trying to live their lives like normal people, but you live in a city protected by a magical girl who was probably dropped on their head as a child. Her antics can be as deadly for you as the bad guys that show up every few days, maybe it's time you tried to figure out a way of preventing this girl from completely ruining your lives?

Silly, goofy, comedy type where the 'true' villain is a lack of smarts and common sense. Are you witty enough to prevent an Aho-pocalypse?

Just a silly idea seeing if there is any interest in such a story.

Happy to see some interest. Now I just need to flesh out the details and figure out exactly how I want this to go.

A somewhat innocuous, small city in the heart of the USA. Like any city it has its quirks, its parks, its stores, its high school, and its stories. Unlike other cities however, there is a particular crazy aspect that is seen nowhere else as far as is known. This town is under siege by dark forces, strange events, and general weirdness. However, there is a defender that has risen to fight this evil, a magical girl!

It’s too bad she is a bit lacking in the brains department.

Welcome to Juniper City and Juniper Legacy High School. Yes there are quite a few Juniper trees around town hence the name. Things were pretty normal about a year ago but then everything changed when the city went bonkers and then suddenly a magical girl appeared. Life has never been the same since.



Junpier Legacy High School: The biggest high school in the area, so of course most of the youth go here, including the Mahou Shojo of Juniper City. Known for some decent sports teams, some arts programs, and where clicks form as naturally as breathing. Also where a lot of strange events occur.

Juniper Lake: Not the prettiest of places but certainly the biggest watering hole in the area. Many people come out here to enjoy the water and forget about the latest events to turn their lives upsidedown.

The Arcade: A bit run down these days but somehow it has still survived despite all the fancy gaming consoles these days. A good place to waste time, hang out, and blow off some steam. Even has a few new games.

Juniper Mall: Because there are few other cities and towns Juniper does have its own mall to call its own. Not large by any standards but it at least has two levels and quite a few different stores, with a decent amount of traffic it is a place that is often targeted by strange things.



Remember you're playing normal people who have to deal with all this crap springing up around them. So no magical girls/guys and whatnot.
